Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact JRSA Fishing Tackles within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
JRSA Fishing Tackles reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We ensure that all fishing rods, reels, lures, tackle kits, and accessories are checked before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging, manuals, and accessories
Not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may courier the product to our provided address. Our support team will guide you through the process.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
Damaged products
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items delivered
Requests for model, size, or specification changes are subject to product availability.
Additional charges (such as shipping fees or price differences) may apply for approved exchanges.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Any applicable payment gateway charges or bank processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
